I fully support all views(especially conservative right wing ones, you are my BOYS!), HOWEVER, please do not call each other names/make fun of someone/tell someone off. THAT kind of free speech does nothing for the conversation and only causes bad feelings.

IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE WRITE SOMETHING THAT YOU THINK IS AN INSULT TO YOU, please PM me(preferably Sandy, since she has WAAAY more compassion than myself) and I/We will address it first privately, then so on and so forth. DO NOT take it into your own hands to insult the person back and think that is cool. TWO WRONGS DO NOT MAKE A RIGHT...except when you are Founder, then all things are cool.


Now is the time to post something here(or PM me privately) if you have any questions what the damn policy is on treating other people/people's ideas. AND BTW, you DO NOT want to have me send you a PM about insulting someone. I will treat you the same way I treat my platoon when they come in drunk and late to formation.

Crimminy, there is so much going on right now...I just was asking if we could keep the discussion on the topics being posted---some of them are, pardon the pun, 'dynamite'!
I was hoping that we could relegate that whole other issue to the 'by-gones' file and move on.

Look I have to address complaints... this is how I handled it... it's perhaps the most open and honest way of doing it... yell at me if you want.. call me a joke.. or the site a joke.. I just did what I felt was needed to do in the most fair way...

You guys know that direct insults to that magnitude are not right... calling someone an idiot is one thing... what happened was something else.

I have no idea what you said here, honestly. But, if you are telling me to shut the f up, we need to have a talk. At no point has anyone here told anyone not to speak/write their opinions on any subject. We just want to stop name-calling/childish behavior and have rational debate on topics. Seriously, I have read your post here like 10 times and it makes little to no sense to me. The only part I understand is the shut the f up and like I wrote, if you are saying that to me, we need to talk.

And I completely agree with Founder. Not that he is a joke or the site is a joke, but about the nonsense that has no place here on SQLSPACE.

OK - but I was called a prick to start the whole thing off - yet that knever gets mentioned.

Neither do beenie's constant attacks on Conservatives. Those attacks were encouraged. Liberals flocked to the threads to cheer beenie on.

But when a Conservative takes that tack he must be silenced and punished, whether he cast the first stone or not the Conservative gets the blame.

That is patently biased. (and another lame 'oh - we changed the rules since then' excuse doesn't fly).

You are upset over a fisting comment? You say that was over the line and we are a PG-13 site.

Well I submit that Kevin Jennings (Zero's safe schools czar) has deemed a 'fisting' discussion suitable for schoolchildren. When someone defended teaching 'fisting' to school children I simply inquired to where the support was coming from. Why was this person such an advocate of teaching 'fisting' to school children? I sought clarification of the stance being take.
