"I think there is a risk that the U.S. debt default may happen," Li told reporters on the sidelines of a forum in Beijing. "The result will be very serious and I really hope that they would stop playing with fire."

China is the largest foreign creditor to the United States, holding more than $1 trillion in Treasury debt as of March, U.S. data shows, so its concerns carry considerable weight in Washington.

Founders Note:
there you go, GOP plan would lead us to war.

Side Note:
This guy says China will get their money easy if we default, they will just nationalize all the factories we built there to get paid... I'm sure all the US companies that built massive factories in China would love that.

i say screw all those american companies in china. and let china suck on
that $1T debt.
those companies would write it off as a loss, the us would start a draft,
unemployment would drop, those american companies would have to
buy/reoutfit existing US buildings. economic boom...........

i have to agree, there is no easy fix to the us debt problem. any true solution is going to be painful for the country as a whole. but on the other hand if we keep going with what we are doing the debt problem is going to blow up in our faces.....

once again a clusterfuck of epic size is upon us.......................

Experts have pointed out that the construction of the Three Gorges dam would threaten our national defense. Sichuan's Political Consultative Conference Investigation Group stated:

If a war breaks out, the Three Gorges dam will inevitably become a primary target. Should the dam be destroyed, large cities in the lower and middle reaches would immediately be submerged, resulting in incalculable losses.242

"Ya'll" already have heard everything I have to say on the matter…

One suggestion: start reading Sun Tzu.

Blessed Be,
Q.

who the hell is sun tzu?

a part of the condition for the assault weapons ban, by the CLINTONS, was
that russia got to import about 700,000 ak-47 plus ammo before the ban took
effect.

i have been to a shooting range, called, dragon man's twice in the last month.
twenty years ago, one in ten people had assault rifles. almost no one, south of
25 had an assault rifle. today, more than half of the people who "go shooting",
own assault rifles: ar's, ak's, sks's, et cetera.

as i have said before, they know what they are doing, they do it well, and they
perpetuate it. they are intentionally causing the dissent and problems in
this country, blast about firearms all the while allowing their sale and possession. "THEY" are hoping to start, perpertuate a civil war/second
revolution. the more that are dead are the fewer they have to feed, medical
care for, control, house, imprison.

yes Q, its all smoke and mirrors. seen this over the last 25 years or so.
the powers that be want what is coming. there must be 200,000,000 assault rifles in this country, another 800,000,000 high capacity magazines and an estimated 14,000,000,000 rounds of ammunition, in the hands of citizens
in the US at any given time.

cut the jobs, fuck up the fed, screw the dollar, et cetera. they are brewing
that which is to come shortly. now you have this guy, james carville saying
something about civil unrest if the unemployment problem doesn't change.
its what they planned for, its what they want, its what they plan on, it is
by design. dumbass americans, they suck it up one sentence at a time.
2012 apocolypse might never come, but it doesn't matter, there are governments and people, who will 'DESIGN' the same thing.

And I get quoted for saying folks should be prepared for throwing bottles in the street. Go figure.

No, Founder, it doesn't work that way. If the US even delays a debt payment the interest rate will go up. If people actually think we will default, the interest rate will go userous rather quickly. Business, even domestically, will come to a screeching halt.

And...those with variable rate mortgages will see interest rates hit over 10%.

Not a good plan.

Cut spending, increase taxes. That's the only fix, but the dueling Santa's won't dare do it.

"I really hope that they would stop playing with fire." = China threatens war with US

Did anyone really buy into that one?
