Do they have living quarters like the ISS does? Electrical power like the Space Shuttle? You guys see my point right... it looks like something we could build here...
Granted we're comparing a Model T to a Ferrari, but both use internal combustion engines... some engineer in 1911, a full century ago, would most likely identify 90% of the parts in a modern car today.
